headstand & finding your core
90 mins
Mastering headstand requires faith and confidence first and foremost; it isn’t a great feat of strength. If you have a consistent Yoga practice, can hold a down-dog comfortably, and understand how to access your core, you’ll get there in no time.

This workshop will begin with an introduction to accessing our core, and finding strength up-side-down. Expect lots of mobility drills to open up the hamstrings and wake up the hips enough to be able to pike all the way up into a solid headstand. Yoga brick required.
what is yoga?
90mins
An immersive classical Yoga practice.

A long overdue workshop exploring the roots, philosophy and culture of Yoga to gain a clearer understanding of the practice both on and off the mat.

In this special class I'll be guiding you through a traditional 'eastern' style practice, introducing you to some of the lesser examined philosophy, to deepen and expand your practice.
yoga & poetry
90 mins
Poems are like friends; you remember them and they make you feel a certain way whether you like them or not. I’ve always found poetry and music to be powerful tools for exploring, understanding, and feeling the human experience.
