-
How long are classes? - Drop in class times vary, see the schedule for more info.
-
Are there beginner, intermediate and advanced classes? - We try to offer modifications for all levels in all our classes, but please refer to the number of sweat drops next to the class your booking (1 or 2 drops = gentle 3 drops is intermediate level, 4 or 5 drops is very dynamic or challenging).
-
Do I need to book in advance? Yes, all classes must be booked in advance unless you come with exact change to book in on the spot (we can't guarantee there will be space in the class).
-
What if I arrive late? - We usually close the gate 5 mins or so after class, at which time we cannot admit you. We are stricter for soundbath sessions as admitting latecomers disrupts the class.
