12:15pm - Yoga Flow with Laura

We will get to know the concept of SPANDA on and off the mat.

In the ancient Sanskrit tradition, there exists a profound concept called Spanda—literally meaning "to throb" or "to vibrate." It's the recognition that all of existence moves in sacred rhythm: the heartbeat, the breath, the seasons turning, waves rising and falling, even our thoughts emerging and dissolving.

Spanda teaches us that life itself is pulse. Not the static perfection we sometimes chase, but dynamic flow—expansion and contraction, effort and ease, holding on and letting go.

1:30pm - Break & Refreshments

Enjoy a break between sessions with some drinks & snacks provided by our lovely sponsors - bring something more substantial to eat (sandwich or full lunch if you'll want it).

2pm - Meditation, Intention setting for the new season, journaling & integration

Ciara Mcginley from Finding Quiet will work with you through guided meditation; we'll drop beneath the surface chatter to feel Spanda's pulse directly—in the space between breaths, in the subtle rhythms of awareness itself. This isn't meditation as escape, but as intimate encounter with life's deepest current. From this grounded presence, we'll set intentions that honour the season ahead, not as rigid goals but as seeds planted in rhythm with natural timing. Your journal becomes sacred ground where insights land and integrate, where the day's discoveries can continue their work long after you leave. This is how ancient wisdom becomes personal truth: through direct experience, conscious intention, and the patient alchemy of reflection.

When we align with life's natural rhythm, we stop fighting existence and start flowing with it.

Laura Pearce

Senior Yoga teacher, Breathworker, Psychologist

Founder of Yoga Collective London & Kin Yoga Mats

Laura's journey began not as a wellness pursuit, but as a medical intervention. Born with a heart condition that compromised her breathing and left her frequently sick and bed-ridden, she embarked on what would become a profound exploration of human potential. What started as a search for basic day-to-day physiological improvement evolved into a systematic investigation of consciousness-based performance enhancement.

This journey that led her to physiological achievements she could never have dreamed of; including high-altitude mountaineering, and even freediving; using the power of mindfulness, breathwork, and embodied movement to push herself beyond the limits imposed by her condition.

Today she guides others through practices that honour both limitation and possibility. She believes that our greatest challenges often lead to the deepest wisdom, and our obstacles can become pathways of growth and healing. Laura has achieved things she never thought possible, and loves helping others do the same.

Laura is our resident Glasshouse Yoga chief Yogi, she teaches high-profile corporate clients, and founded the ultimate wellness brand; Kin Yoga Mats in 2020.

"My classes are soulful, challenging, a little wild, non-dogmatic, and riddled with breathwork".
