Laura - The Founder

Founder and wellness entrepreneur Laura initially studied in 2010 at the prestigious Sivananda Hatha Yoga centre in India, and has since undergone extensive breathwork and meditation training. Laura is an easy-going and fun-loving Yogi, who's dedicated to helping you reimagine your London life.

Roisin - The Fun One

Roisin's classes are fun, relaxed, inspiring and inclusive. She is trained in several styles of Yoga and movement, and is your biggest cheerleader on and off the mat.

Zaz - The Upside-down One

Zaz has over 20 years experience and we're very lucky to have her on our faculty. She's the queen of inversions and helping you understand powerful physical Asana. Her classes are fun, creative, and intelligent. She's the mumma bear of The Glasshouse.

Caroline - The Wild One

Caroline travels the world running unique somatic experiences and Yoga retreats. She is a senior Yoga Teacher with a weath of knowledge from all over the globe. Her classes are gentle, traditional and informative.

Saori - The Twisted One

Our masterful Yoga sensei will guide you through complex, intricate postures with humour and ease. Saori is an advanced Yogi with an appreciation for building heat and confidence in your practice, whilst helping all feel at ease.

Consuelo - The Sound One

Consuelo is our resident Sound healer, Kundalini, and breathwork practitioner who brings her unique experience to her relaxation rituals and ceremonies to cultivate deep energetic shifts and releases.
