Service Description
An interactive workshop that'll help you learn a lovely little sleep prep routine that can help prepare you for a deep and restful sleep. You'll be taken through a fully guided supine relaxation and body scan to bring the body, and mind, into a passive restful state. This session is wonderful when paired with our 'Sleep Talk' wellness talk.
