Join us for our fortnightly sound bath meditation held in our acoustically crystalline Glasshouse Yoga studio. This immersive sonic experience combines ancient healing traditions with modern acoustics in a space where nature and architecture unite to enhance your journey. Blankets, bolsters, eye coverings and tea are provided free of charge. You can bring your own Yoga mat or rent one for £2.
