Service Description

The ultimate team-building experience, Acroyoga is a fusion of acrobatics and Yoga. Working in groups of 3 (one 'baser' one 'flyer'one 'spotter') we learn to trust each other and fly through acrobatic Yoga shapes. Total newbies are welcome to try this fun invigorating session, lead by our resident Acroyogi specialist.
