Service Description
Our powerful Pilates strength training workout uses our unique pulleys, bands and balls system to improve strength, performance, core tone, and to prevent injury. You must have some Pilates, weight training or strong Yoga experience to try this class. Expect long isometric holds, resistance band work, and Co2 tolerance training.
